My Story
Hi! My name is Abby Kettlewell. I am twenty-one years old and passionate about health and wellness. I began my wellness journey after I was diagnosed with Bipolar II and ADHD in 2024. Finding sustainable and consistent habits to support my mental health has helped me tremendously.
